I jumped back on to double check, but it was right, somehow between all the travelling and entertaining events at work I've managed to lose some body fat. I'm a very happy girl!!
This week I've gotten serious again about my diet, but trying to make it more interesting and varied than before trying out more new recipes and some of my own. Oat rolled coley, my version of battered fish, was perfectly pleasant for lunch but I think it needs some refinement before sharing. Quark mixed with whey is also proving to be a more palatable substitute for egg whites before bed. And peanut butter protein brownies need a little work but they're not too shabby at all.

Workouts continue to be great, sorry to gloat but that isn't an area I struggle in. Applying the same drive and motivation to my diet however, that I do struggle.
My fabooosh trainer devised a back and biceps session yesterday which avoided stressing my sciatic nerve but gave me a good workout. Today is heavy chest and triceps, my least favourite but going to attack it none the less!
