I'm sitting in
Loudons Cafe & Bakery ironically drafting post about my nutrition plan. This cafe is new in Edinburgh and I can't get over how gorgeous it is and how life really has a sense of humour sometimes. Filled with an eclectic mix of people - business meetings over coffee, a student working away on his laptop, yummy mummies meeting for lunch, it has a gorgeous feel about it - cool but relaxed and very airy Just a lovely place, and they even accommodated my request for a soya flat white and went out back to find some sweetener as I gazed longingly at the cakes.
I really want to steal this pillow but don't reckon its going to fit in my bag.....
There's a chap outside taking professional pictures which I can only imagine is for a piece in
i-on Edinburgh, so I urge you to check this place out as soon as you can before the hoards arrive. Oh, I almost want to shed a tear that I won't be having brunch here this weekend.
